On New CommunitiesShort description:Article-Chenneling on how new time Communities will be created. Communities of an old time are going away...How will a new space, that of communities, of people's union in a 4th dimension be formed? That is namely the area where most changes will happen. In old programs, in the “3d dimension”, people were always uniting on the base of most destructive, most perplexed programs. In the 4th dimension, the process is becoming completely different. Gatherings of people in a new dimension will be built on positive, constructive projects, based on new ideas and realization processes. Why has it become so hard to unite on any topic now? Why is it so hard to keep people together, based on some plan, on some idea? на какой-либо идее? It's a fact: so hard it is now for people to unite, so hard it is to stay together, even for alike-minded individuals, even in a new-time project. This is easy to explain: earlier, before, the people were united in their minds by a destructive understanding of a power: actually, they united by need, by the united judgment, not quite by the intent, rather following the “destructive boss”. They were following the power, or judgment, or need. Incentive to that was fear of power as such, the wish to criticize the power, and consequently to criticize any project, in which a person took part. It turns out, the communities of people in the 3d dimension, have always been contradictory and carried a potential of an 'uprising against itself', of turn-around and decay. All that has revealed itself brightly now also within those creating communities for the new projects, for achievement of higher-vibration purposes. Which directions can be given to people in Transmutation today, in creation of a new-way communities? Firstly, not to give up. All the occurring now is a normal process. People are experimenting with new, while the global unification on a new principle is happening. And all, that happens on the way, is the Way. People are gathering for constructive projects, and that is quite unusual. While there is no destructive elements, no “political” interactions and no intrigue; no permanent fight and ego-based confrontation, while that all used to be a base. Instead, free creativity, free exchange are there, and much more energy and creativity from each participant is expected. Each one with their contribution is filling up the common niche. It sounds simple, perhaps obvious. But are people used to this? Not at all, many are getting a feeling of emptiness, incompleteness, lack of purpose, low eventfulness. Not all people by far are ready for such a free, positive and inspirational exchange. It will pass perhaps another year or two, maybe more, while society stays in duality, before people will be partaking in such a voluntary projects, on such a clean exchange field, and with such a trust. Which efforts have already been made to create such communities? A lot of projects today are based on information, received from the Cosmos, a lot of channeling is taking place. Many spiritual messengers, many people, working on the imperfections of this world, are leading work on high level and have already made efforts to create such communities without old negative installations. For example: a normal office, a company, a work-collective. What kind of relationships are usually established there? There are “leaders”, leading unites, helpers, the management, specialists and 'executors', 'process curators'... The purposes of first ones do not coincide with the aims of the others; on the leading ones is a huge weight: they are looked at with expectation. How will that be changing? First, people become more aware of their own roles and on a subject of various “managers”. With full awareness of those roles and the whole game, less contradictions are arising, less judgment, less hidden resistance and tension. That is, when a person takes on a role of a “manager” even of some phantom structure, or as a leading activator on this or that direction, - by the leading civilizations, as an option, or - of the higher goals and values. A person understands their role, as expressing certain higher goals and carrying high responsibility, whereof manifests much less contradictions and more trust. Besides, so-called democratic principles are applicable in new communities much more and more widely. People observe, how they had created such a situation of a project, and how their partaking is in no way a slavery, on the opposite – a support for their own intention. - As soon as the collective awareness is firmed, as a support for an individual intention, the whole collective structure and interactions are changed in their root. The former slavery turns into a construction of reality, and all the interactions, all time inputs, all turns into a realized game, a joy, an energy expression, in observation of a link between an aim and its achievement. New Community is far, it is very hard to achieve today. But all the attempts to reach it, all unions, created for the purpose of free exchange and without destructive regulations of the old world, are helping the process of creation of an ultimate New Community on the Earth.
